Some players managed to acquire the Mundfish game in their collection.
Recently, the October distribution of keys for Humble Choice subscribers started on Humble Bundle. The selection included Steam keys for Atomic Heart (standard edition).
The shooter cannot be directly purchased on Steam from Russia and the CIS countries, but players quickly found out that these keys can be activated on such accounts.
Soon the publisher / developers noticed this - after a few days they made a change and added a regional restriction on the activation of keys.
