DLC buyers are not happy with the publisher's decision.
Recently, the developers of the global strategy game Hearts of Iron 4 introduced a new edition called "General Edition."
The package includes the DLC Battle for the Bosporus and La Résistance, and the base version of HoI 4 includes Together for Victory, Waking the Tiger, and Death or Dishonor.
HoI 4 General Edition will also soon integrate Man the Guns — a premium add-on that was recently made free.
The Man the Guns DLC was released in 2019. Those who managed to buy it were unhappy with how Paradox Interactive then changed its distribution format.
They express their dissatisfaction not only in the form of comments, but also by awarding the announcement with "clown medals" (this award is called "clown", but in the Steam community it is actively used as an insult):
"In a past life, these developers were dairy farmers."
