Boris PiletskiyFranchise fans have long been asking for such a setting.
For many years, God of War fans have been asking developers to send Kratos to Ancient Egypt. Sometimes various insiders talk about the existence of such a project, and now some fans have seen a new "signal."
The fact is that the gamers' desire is shared by the real Kratos - actor Christopher Judge, who played the role of the hero, during a conversation at MCM London Comic Con, said:
Since I became best known as Teal'c from "Stargate", going to Egypt would be a completion of the circle for me. However, whatever is decided - wait... if there is another game at all - I have no doubt that whatever pantheon [of gods] it is, it will be magnificent
There is an opinion that the actor may have accidentally blurted out about the new God of War.
