British developers continue to surprise players.
PowerWash Simulator 2 was recently released. Although Square Enix is no longer the publisher (as it was with the first part), the game was not initially sold in Russia.
Moreover, players from the Russian Federation faced the fact that the blocking was done by IP address: if the system sees that the user is from Russia, then they were not allowed to download / run the game, even if the purchase was made on another account, for example, a Kazakh one.
All this led to a logical result: in reviews and on the Steam forum, the authors of PowerWash Simulator 2 were actively criticized.
After a few days, everything changed dramatically: PowerWash Simulator 2 began to be sold on the Russian Steam, and it became possible to download and run the game even on an IP from the Russian Federation.
