The company is looking for three junior testers and localization support specialists to work on the German, Italian, and Japanese versions of the game. The new employees will be involved in testing and supporting the localization for the upcoming project.
As is known, testing and localization are usually carried out in the final stages of development, which hints at an earlier release of Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet than expected.
Previously, in an interview, Naughty Dog President Neil Druckmann called the project "the most ambitious game we've ever made," emphasizing its scale and high cost. The game has been in development since 2020 and is now in an active phase.
Druckmann noted that Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is based on the mechanics of Uncharted and The Last of Us, including RPG elements and linear levels, but now in the science fiction genre. The events take place 2000 years in the future in an alternate future on the planet Sempiria.
The game will be released exclusively on PlayStation 5.
