The developers of Zenless Zone Zero decided to talk about the mechanics of the new heroine. miHoYo (HoYoverse) presented a selection of cards with information about Yiidhrai's abilities.
Yiidhrai has an S rank, a Destruction specialty, and an Ice attribute. She belongs to the "Nightmare Cabin" faction.
Yiidhrai can expend and restore HP (health) when attacking. At a certain HP value, she deals more damage. When some of her attacks collide with enemy attacks, she performs an additional attack and deals massive damage. With enough decibels, Yiidhrai can spend them to activate "Ethereal Veil - Spring Water".
The lower Yiidhrai's HP, the more damage her attacks deal. This effect reaches its maximum when HP drops below 50% of the maximum. If there is a character of the "Intimidation" or "Support" class in the squad, and Yiidhrai's HP is below 50%, she receives additional buffs: deals more crit. damage and takes less damage.
