Digital Confectioners, known for the multiplayer shooter Depth, has announced the cooperative fantasy action RPG Triarchy. The game will be released in 2026 on PC via Steam.
Players will journey through a flooded archipelago where they can control a ship, explore islands, fight monsters, and create legendary gear. Triarchy is designed for 1-3 players and supports free joining of friends' sessions. Progress and loot are saved for each participant, and the difficulty of enemies adjusts to the size of the group.
The main challenge is hunting deadly bosses. Each of them has unique attacks, phases, and arenas. After defeating them, players receive rare resources and equipment. There is a Boss Challenge Mode with new conditions and enhanced opponents.
A leveling system is provided. The player can develop attacking, defensive, or supporting skills. Combining weapons and effects unlocks new combat styles.
The player's ship serves as a mobile base that can be upgraded, changing the hull and sails, installing maps and workbenches. Triarchy also supports individual difficulty settings such as damage, parry timings, and stamina consumption.
