The authors of Project CARS are preparing a new game that, according to them, should push Gran Turismo and Forza. Project Motor Racing will be released in November simultaneously on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
On the eve of the release, a video with clean gameplay, without editing and marketing inserts, appeared on the network. The recording was published by Over_Take, and in the video you can see a race on the Mercedes CLK-LM.
The project is headed by Ian Bell, the creator of the Project CARS series and former head of Slightly Mad Studios. He now heads Straight4, where he has gathered many former developers of his past games. The team has extensive experience in creating realistic racing simulators, and Project Motor Racing should continue this tradition.
Interestingly, the game runs on the GIANTS Engine 10, known from the Farming Simulator series. The release of Project Motor Racing is scheduled for November 25, 2025.
