The release is still far off, but the developers have confirmed that the alpha version with a tutorial level will be released in the first half of 2026.
The alpha will be comparable in scale to the prologue of Baldur’s Gate 3 — the level on the Nautiloid. In the future, the team plans to regularly release updates, adding new areas and story branches.
Community Manager Andrew Simon explained that each update should contain a complete fragment of the story. This will require more time between releases, as the game includes many intersecting lines.
The team is currently busy with concept art and location design, as well as improving the technical part. According to Simon, the project's infrastructure is being updated to the level of systems used in large RPGs from AAA studios.
The first challenge for the team is to release the promised tutorial level on time.
