The release of the new installment in the franchise did not go smoothly.
The global strategy Europa Universalis 5 was recently released on PC in Steam. Soon, players began reporting various bugs, and the Russian localization was also broken.
The authors of Europa Universalis 5 have released the first patch, which is designed to fix some bugs (350+ pieces, not counting localization fixes):
- fixed 487 errors in the Russian translation
- activating the "Allow unhistorical" rule no longer blocks the receipt of achievements.
- improvements to AI, including decisions in diplomacy
- fixed several crashes to the desktop
- fixes for some events
- improved performance when opening the "World Map" menu in saves with very large countries.
