At the same time, the company's total sales and operating profit decreased compared to last year, so the focus on Nightreign will become the main direction of growth.
Kadokawa has confirmed the release of the DLC before the end of the current fiscal year, that is, before March 31, 2026. Previously, the game's page on Steam mentioned the date "fourth quarter of 2025", but the entry was soon deleted.
In addition to the add-on, the release of Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition for Switch 2 is expected. The kit will include the base game, Shadow of the Erdtree, and new types of armor and weapons. The release has been postponed to 2026 to improve performance.
