Working on KCD 2 helped change the lives of some project participants.
Characters and their "chemistry" are an important part of the sensational Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Recently, the actor who played Jan Ptacek spoke with the Czech publication CzechCrunch and talked about how working on the game influenced him.
According to Luke Dale, this game changed his life. Thanks to his work on Kingdom Come, Luke Dale was able to become a streamer, and not "just an actor."
Before the release of the first KCD, he only had a few minor roles, and now that the sequel has been released, he has become a star — tens of thousands of subscribers on social networks and he is recognized, they want to take pictures with him (and some female fans ask him to hold them in his arms).
The actor shared a story from the production of one of the scenes, where he had to play a drunk character:
One of the most difficult scenes was the scene in the bathhouse, where we sit together with Indrzhikh. I had to play a drunk Ptacek, but all the time I thought: "will anyone believe it?" And I remember Daniel Vavra saying: "Be more drunk. You're not drunk enough. You drank a lot of wine, it's four in the morning now." Therefore, I tried harder and harder to give my all until this absurdly exaggerated acting game came out
