The release of the full version of the hardcore shooter Escape from Tarkov is approaching, and the Battlestate Games boss is giving interviews. The game will be presented on Steam, and during a recent conversation with PCGamesN, the Battlestate Games boss spoke about the phenomenon of "review bombing" (bombarding with negative reviews).

Over the past years, players have accumulated many complaints against the creators of Escape from Tarkov, and there is an opinion that on the day of the game's release on Steam, they may decide to express everything in reviews.

Nikita Buyanov said that the developers of EFT have no plans for this case, but they are not afraid of the "bombing" option:

We don't have a specific strategy [to combat review bombing]. We just want to release the game. For the people. To put an "exclamation point" in the history of "Tarkov" and finally give players access to endgame content.

The Battlestate Games boss explained that there is a small percentage of people who hate the developers, and the studio is ready that such people may decide to "bomb" EFT on Steam at release:

You see, a huge number of people have been playing Tarkov for a very long time. And among this huge number, there is a small percentage of those who hate us. Will they go bombing with reviews? Well, let them bomb. Steam has its own protocols to deal with this. There are people who want to bomb us — let them bomb, let's see what happens. We are doing our job and will continue to do it for those who are with us. The release on Steam is not for the sake of reviews and ratings, but for those who want to play through Steam
