Since the acquisition of Activision Blizzard King, Microsoft fans have been waiting for the publisher's old games to finally arrive on Xbox Game Pass.
The process is slow. Currently, the service catalog only includes nine Activision products, including four Call of Duty titles: Black Ops 6, WWII, Modern Warfare II, and Modern Warfare III.
But users have noticed something interesting. A new Game Pass advertisement has appeared on the Xbox homepage, showcasing already available games and one unexpected element — a tile featuring Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered (2020). This clearly indicates that Microsoft is preparing to add one of the most beloved versions of the shooter to the subscription.
If the information is confirmed, this could be the beginning of an active expansion of Game Pass with old Activision hits. For players, this is a long-awaited step that will bring past years' projects to the service's library.
