In the original "Gothic", they had a language, but then it was more like a cipher, in which each letter of the Latin alphabet corresponds to a letter from the Orcish language.
A professor-linguist from Germany was involved in the work on the remake, so now the orcs use a "real language" - if they wish, fans will be able to study it and try to speak it.
