This year marked the second anniversary of the shooter Serious Sam 2. Croteam returned to the project and presented a special two-part update.
Various technical issues were eliminated, the sound and menu rendering were fixed, enemy spawners were configured, and the list of options was expanded — a "Max. FPS" option appeared. In addition, full Steam Deck support was implemented.
Perhaps the authors of Serious Sam 2 intend to return to the game again in the foreseeable future. Several records related to achievements appeared in the SteamDB database in November.
Judging by the change history, the final list has not yet been compiled, for example, a day later the condition for the achievement Complete Game on ANY Difficulty with 3X Enemy Multiplier ("complete the game on any difficulty with triple the number of enemies") was simplified — the new version will require a "double number of enemies."
