Developer Genki has announced that the PS5 version of the street racing simulator Tokyo Xtreme Racer will be released on February 26, 2026.
The game launched in early access on PC via Steam on January 23, with the full version released on September 25.
Tokyo Xtreme Racer transports you to a closed-off Tokyo of the future, where players compete for first place on the city's high-speed highways in unique cars, in intense spiral races.
A special feature of the series is SP Battle (Spirit Point Battle), a unique mode based on spirit points, where not only speed is tested, but also the ability to psychologically influence the opponent and break their resolve. The Shuto Expressway tracks are reproduced with attention to detail, including complex turns and sharp elevation changes, creating the most realistic sense of speed.
