The Capcom franchise has reached Valve's game.
In November, Valve introduced a major update for Dota 2. The MOBA game received a collaboration with Monster Hunter.
The developers have prepared a new event and thematic content in the style of the franchise for Dota 2 — skins for some characters and a courier.
All players will be able to receive the main versions of the Monster Hunter sets for free. To create them, you need to collect all the necessary materials in the "hero hunt." At the beginning of the match, you can choose a "hunt target" (an enemy character), and for winning, the user receives materials for crafting rewards, and for losing, only part of the resources.
Six new hero sets bring classic armor sets from Monster Hunter to the world of Dota, each with three alternative versions. In addition to this, you will find not only a palico courier, for which you can create costumes, but also your own pet pig, also with its own outfits. This affectionate creature will be eagerly awaiting your every return to base — we only hope that it is toilet-trained and will not leave any unpleasant surprises behind.
The authors of Dota 2 have also provided a premium offer: a hiking kit with monsters from Monster Hunter (rathalos for Dragon Knight and bullfango for Beastmaster), a thematic music set, and more.
