Japanese studio Nihon Falcom has summarized the results of 2025: all key indicators have grown. The company, known for the Kiseki and Ys series, explained the success by stable sales in Japan and abroad, major releases, and expansion into new markets.
Revenue for fiscal year 2025 rose by 3.5% to ¥2,612 million (~$17.8 million), operating profit increased by 8.1% to ¥1,340 million (~$9.1 million), ordinary profit — by 9.7% to ¥1,364 million (~$9.3 million), net profit — by 6.0% to ¥903 million (~$6.2 million), which confirms financial stability.
Falcom released key projects: The Legend of Heroes: Kai no Kiseki – Farewell, O Zemuria (PS5/PS4), Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana (Switch), Ys X – Proud NORDICS (Switch 2), Sora no Kiseki the 1st (PS5, Switch, Switch 2, Steam). Improved versions of Ys VIII, Ys IX, and several games in the Trails of Cold Steel series were released for PS5.
A slight decline is expected in fiscal year 2026: revenue of ¥2,600 million (~$17.7 million), operating profit of ¥1,300 million (~$8.9 million), net profit of ¥900 million (~$6.1 million). Sora no Kiseki the 2nd, new ports of Ys X – Proud NORDICS, international versions of existing games, and original brands are in development.
