Nintendo has released a new trailer for Metroid Prime 4: Beyond — Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, a special version of Samus Aran's return, prepared for the new console.
The trailer showcases the starting point of the story. Samus responds to a distress signal from the Galactic Federation and soon finds herself in the epicenter of a catastrophe, crashing on the mysterious planet Viewros.
In the new first-person game, the bounty hunter explores diverse biomes: from the vibrant plains of Sol Valley to more disturbing regions. The character's arsenal retains classic skills, as well as new Psychic Abilities, allowing for unusual interaction with the environment.
The enhanced version for Switch 2 will offer a fresh look at Samus's adventures, preserving the spirit of the original and adding new opportunities for exploration and tactical interaction with the game world.
