Some players have questions for the authors of The Time I Have Left.
The highly anticipated Clair Obscur Expedition 33 has many fans. Some of them now see the influence of Sandfall Interactive's turn-based RPG in other projects.
This has become a problem for the developers of The Time I Have Left. Just take a look at the screenshots on the game's Steam page, and those familiar with Clair Obscur will start to have certain suspicions. Upon further examination, you can see more and more elements "in the spirit of Expedition 33," but there's a catch.
In fact, The Time I Have Left was announced much earlier. It was shown back in 2022 during The Future Games Show, while Clair Obscur was announced in 2024.
Every time someone accuses us of plagiarizing Expedition 33, we die a little inside. Yes, it's a turn-based RPG. Yes, it has dodging and parrying. All of this was already presented in our game in public demos released in 2022 and 2024. Don't call us names.
