The full version of Escape from Tarkov 1.0 has been released on PC on Steam, where gamers have the opportunity to express themselves in reviews. Many were quick to take advantage of this, and Battlestate Games is receiving "mostly negative" reviews on Valve's service.
At the same time, a significant portion of the negativity is related not to the game itself, but to technical problems. Some simply cannot play Escape from Tarkov because they cannot launch the game.
In the SteamDB database in the "extraction-shooter" category, Escape from Tarkov is in the penultimate place in terms of user rating — 30.98%. It is followed by the infamous The Day Before with 17.38%.
Judging by the available statistics, Escape from Tarkov is being particularly heavily criticized on Steam by the Chinese, who have left almost 5,000 negative reviews in Simplified Chinese. Russian is in second place (almost 3,000) and English closes the top three (over 1,800).
Often in reviews you can find "greetings" to Battlestate Games boss Nikita Buyanov: players are very unhappy with him personally, as well as the work of the servers.
