The recent launch of Escape from Tarkov 1.0 did not go smoothly. The developers acknowledged the issues and have begun gradually releasing updates.
The third patch includes only a couple of items — an error fix for texture rendering and a new version of NVIDIA DLSS have been introduced.
Battlestate Games also announced compensation:
We are starting the process of accruing compensation for all players who have encountered various problems at the release of Escape from Tarkov: we remind you that all players, regardless of faction, will be given in-game sets of BEAR Classic and USEC Night Patrol PMC clothing. If these sets have already been purchased, an in-game reward will be credited.
The Escape from Tarkov developers have installed a technical update aimed at stabilizing and optimizing the performance of game servers.
Other changes:
- Fixed an issue with incorrect display of texture quality when the \"Reduced Texture Resolution Mode on Streets of Tarkov\" graphics setting was enabled after visiting Traders;
- The DLSS version has been updated. The developers noted that \"in some situations, changing the DLSS preset may fix the display and quality of the aiming grid in optics.\"
