Get Rich or Die. Cooperative Horror The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu Coming This Summer
Cooperative games are all the rage right now. The Xbox Partner Preview featured another project for fans of cooperative play.
During the Microsoft Partner Showcase, a teaser for a new four-player cooperative game was shown. The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu should appeal to fans of the genre and the prose of H.P. Lovecraft. Chaos, horror, and madness are included.
In the game by ACE Team and publisher Nacon, players will become explorers searching for treasure, relying only on communication, mutual assistance, and properly selected weapons and equipment. Expeditions take the characters deep into the jungle, where they can get rich or go insane. You will have to find a balance between greed and death.
The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu is scheduled for release in the summer of 2026. The game will appear on Xbox Series X|S, PC on Steam, and PS5.
