The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Trick-Taking Game, a cooperative card game, will be released on January 16, 2026. To prepare people for new adventures in Middle-earth, Office Dog Publishing has released ateaser trailer for this narrative board game.
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Trick-Taking Game is a stand-alone sequel to The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - Trick-Taking Game with new mechanics, characters, and stained glass illustrations.
In this project, designed for 1-4 players, participants will be able to take on the roles of heroes and villains from "The Two Towers" - the second novel in the "The Lord of the Rings" cycle by the English writer J. R. R. Tolkien.
Players will have to fulfill various conditions in order to complete a particular chapter and advance through the story. As chapters are completed, new characters, items, and challenges are introduced into the game.
It is not yet known whether a Russian-language version of this board game will appear in the future, but it is already available for pre-order for $26.99 (2133 rubles).
