«You snooze, you lose»: New batch of Analogue 3D retro console sold out in minutes

Gamers who wanted to purchase the Analogue 3D FPGA console, which allows running physical Nintendo 64 cartridges without emulation, will have to turn to resellers again, as the new batch of devices was sold out almost instantly.

It is quite difficult to get the Analogue 3D retro console, a modern version of the Nintendo 64 developed by Analogue. On November 24, the team reopened sales, but in just a few minutes, gamers bought up all available units.

On the official website, the console in black or white was offered for $269.99 (21,289 rubles). This situation greatly upset many players, and some believe that this is a manifestation of disrespect for people who could not add Analogue 3D to their collection for a long time.

Analogue 3D is based on FPGA technology, which allows you to copy the behavior of the original hardware and run physical N64 cartridges from any region without emulation.

The console is equipped with a special upscaler that converts the signal to 4K and offers modes that mimic the image of old CRT TVs. It is also equipped with four ports for original N64 controllers and supports Bluetooth gamepads, as well as accessories via USB and SD card.

The operating system used is its own 3D OS, designed for deep work with the N64 library and the functions of games of that era. This batch of Analogue 3D will begin shipping on December 2, 2025.
