Some players believe the DRM system created technical issues.
Company of Heroes 3 recently received the Endure & Defy update and expansion, which includes four battlegroups for multiplayer, as well as co-op battles and skirmishes with AI.
Players noticed a change that was not reflected in the patch notes: Denuvo was removed from Company of Heroes 3.
It is assumed that this is due to the expiration of the DRM license. Previously, the game was published by SEGA, but now the developer, Relic Entertainment, is handling the release.
For some reason, the Denuvo tag has not yet been removed from the Company of Heroes 3 page on Steam.
