Sega has announced the release of the free-to-play football manager Sega Football Club Champions 2026. The game will be released on January 22, 2026, on PC, PS4, PS5, iOS, and Android. Pre-registration is now open.
The company says that the project is created "based on Football Manager." The game uses official FIFPRO player data.
Players choose a club and lead it to success, using management tools and a simulation system. J-League, K-League, and other tournaments are available. The project supports full cross-play and shared progression: you can switch between PC, PlayStation, and mobile devices at any time.
Players will be able to recruit the strongest football players in the world, develop infrastructure, select training programs, and train young players. Flexible customization of tactics and strategies is provided, taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of the squad.
There are single-player modes and PvP, including Cups and the International Cup, as well as leaderboards.
