Fans are creating their own multiplayer mode for the CDPR game.
The Cyberpunk 2077 community has a specific request for a mode in the spirit of GTA Online. Something similar is being created by modders.
The authors of the CyberMP project recently summarized the results of another round of Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer testing and presented a selection of gameplay footage.
According to the modders, the results of this test "exceeded all expectations" and it is "one of the most successful in the history of the project." They tested the new overlay and game modes (PvP and racing), tested improved synchronization of vehicles and players, and tested the operation of the CyberMP server on Linux.
The launch date for Cyberpunk 2077 multiplayer has not yet been announced. The modders plan to share news in the "near future."
