Some Gran Turismo 7 owners have encountered a costly mistake. Instead of the Power Pack add-on, they were buying a package of 5 million credits. The price is the same — $24.99. It was the coincidence of prices that caused the confusion.
The DLC from Polyphony Digital was released on December 4, 2025. It includes new cars, tracks, and 50 races in 20 categories. Irritated players have posted messages on Reddit. They claim that the credit pack is shown more prominently in the PS Store than the DLC itself, and this was misleading.
On the Super GT channel (moment «11:35»), you can see how the user hurries, does not read the description, and chooses a package of credits instead of the add-on.
Some players were able to get a refund through support — just call or fill out a form and provide the purchase information.
