Bethesda's hit continues to spread across different devices.
In December, Bethesda announced the release of a native version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition on Nintendo Switch 2.
The anniversary edition of the game includes Creation Club modifications, such as quest chains, equipment, and fishing.
The developers talked about technical improvements:
- Increased resolution and DLSS technology
- Optimization and faster loading times
- Support for Joy-Con 2 control in mouse mode
- Amiibo support
Those who purchased The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition on the first Nintendo Switch will be able to upgrade to the Switch 2 version for free, and owners of the standard version of the game can purchase the upgrade for $20.
