A new target for pulls will soon appear in Genshin.

The creators of Genshin Impact recently started teasing a playable heroine from update 6.3.

The focus is on Columbina Hyposelemnia — a girl with 5 stars of rarity, her element is Hydro.

The developers of Genshin Impact have not yet started talking about Columbina's combat capabilities, but thanks to insiders, fans have already had the opportunity to see her in action.

miHoYo (HoYoverse) presented a bit of lore:

For Columbina, this planet did not become a kind mother. Columbina was given life and assigned a special role, but the maternal love ended there. All subsequent days, the mother responded to the outstretched hands with icy silence. Columbina could only close her eyes and grope for a path between the walls. She found herself in a round labyrinth, in a spiral tower, soaring upwards. Columbina quietly hummed melodies that she kept in her memory, so that the only connection with the "mother" would not be broken. Barefoot, she passed through the Enclave of the Frosty Moon, through the castle of Grubova, and returned to the Hall of the Silver Moon, where the echo of her steps still wandered along the walls. But friends helped Columbina find her name. Now she had something to hope for, something to look for. Columbina decided to return home. She climbed to the upper tier of the tower, and the Moon, which held the answers to all questions, was so close. She reached out her hands, but it was like the moon falling into the water.

The release of update 6.3 for Genshin Impact is expected on January 14, 2026.
