Escape from Tarkov Fixed Graphics, APC, and Freezes on "Terminal" - Technical Update Released

The Seer and his entourage should now spawn correctly.

The creators of Escape from Tarkov have launched the winter season. Snow has fallen in Tarkov, and some technical improvements have been implemented in the game.

Now the APC will move more smoothly, and some quests and animations will not glitch. The developers have also fixed several graphical bugs.

List of fixes in patch 1.0.0.5:

• Fixed the display of the loading spinner during the starting mission;
• Fixed the freezing of the character's camera and controls when using consumable items before the start of the second cutscene on the Terminal;
• Fixed the inability to complete the task in the "Father" chapter in PvE ZONE;
• Fixed the blocking of weapon operations and looting after searching a corpse killed behind a stationary weapon;
• Fixed the abrupt interruption of the animation of using consumable items in some cases;
• Fixed the incorrect layout of letters in the "Messages" section;

• Fixed incorrect spawn points for the Seer and his entourage on the Lighthouse location;
• Fixed sound artifacts when quickly skipping trader phrases;
• Fixed the display of item icons during trading with active filters;
• Improved the smoothness of the APC's movement;
• Fixed a number of localization errors;
• Fixed a number of visual geometry bugs on all locations;
• Fixed a number of interface errors.
