Players have long complained about the game's performance issues.
The creators of Monster Hunter Wilds have heard community feedback about technical issues and announced the "Free Title Update 4".
According to the developers, it will "add optimization for CPU and GPU loading on all platforms: PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam (PC)."
They will reduce the amount of memory consumed and optimize various processes.
Capcom compared the performance of different versions of the game on several configurations. It seems that an increase of 10-20% FPS can be expected, and the developers were able to reduce the number of frame rate drops.

The release of the "Free Title Update 4" for Monster Hunter Wilds is expected on December 16.
In January and February of next year, the developers plan to introduce updates that will further improve optimization, and also promise to add new graphics settings.
