In Russia and Belarus, PIONER is available in the "Rostelecom Games" service — there was a problem when trying to download the update:
Currently, the "Rostelecom Games" launcher is experiencing an issue with downloading the latest update, which may cause the launcher to install the game incorrectly or start re-downloading a larger amount of data. Our partners are working to fix it.
