Recently, the author of the YouTube channel Smart Poly presented a video dedicated to the results of transferring assets from the canceled Unreal Tournament to the modern Unreal Engine 5.7.
He suggests that players explore the Outpost map. Lumen technology (global illumination) is available, as well as an updated reflection system.
Smart Poly has released a free demo of Unreal Tournament online. This is a technical demonstration, not a full-fledged game.
The blogger plans to further explain how to extract assets from this project that other modders can use.
