The approach to advertising the subscription has angered the community.
Recently, the creators of Minecraft introduced a new promo. They decided to advertise the premium Realms Plus subscription, but chose not the best wording:
One is the loneliest number. Stop playing Realms alone like some sad wandering trader. Invite friends! With Realms Plus, up to ten of your best buddies can join you at the same time to build villages together, fight mobs, and accidentally set your house on fire... although no, wait, don't do the last one.
Cautious-Surround340 and many other community members criticized Mojang for this advertisement - it offends the feelings of a certain part of the audience who are interested in playing in single-player mode:
Many people (including some of my acquaintances) play this game alone and use it to cope with depression and other mental problems. It would be great if they removed this message, or at least the first part of it.
