Recently, there was a bug where some games would suddenly close. This was encountered by players who decided to return to the classic Mafia II during the winter holidays.
Valve responded:
Fixed an issue where some games with Steam DRM protection would unexpectedly close, including Mafia II (Classic) and Football Manager 2012.
Linux
- Fixed a bug that caused applications not to appear in the add non-Steam games menu after searching for them.
- Fixed an issue where Windows games were temporarily not shown as available when Proton mapping was used.
There are also fixes for Steam Input
- Temporarily disabled support for Nintendo Switch 2 and GameCube adapters in native mode to eliminate crash messages when using other controllers.
- Fixed a bug that caused controller configurations to appear empty when the "Enable gamepad button combinations" option was disabled.
