Valve summarizes the results of the traditional Steam user survey. The company collected information about the hardware used, selected language, and operating system.
Recently, the survey results for December 2025 appeared. Steam is seeing a sharp increase in the popularity of the English language and a decrease in the share of the Chinese (Simplified) language.
The Russian language is still in the top 3 most popular, and its share increased by almost 3% compared to last month.
