Valve summarizes the results of the traditional Steam user survey. The company collected information about the hardware used, the selected language, and the operating system.
The results of the December 2025 survey have recently appeared. Steam is experiencing a sharp increase in the popularity of the English language and a decrease in the share of the Chinese (Simplified) language.
The Russian language is still in the top 3 most popular and its share has increased by almost 3% compared to the previous month.
