Long training sessions have finally paid off.

Deathless runs of individual segments of Super Meat Boy (2010) are a common occurrence. However, speedrunner shredberg recently managed to present a truly epic run in Super Meat Boy.

He managed to complete the hardcore game without a single death — this is a full 106% completion of the game.

According to the speedrunner's estimate, it took him about 700-800 hours to achieve this. He died "at least" 100 thousand times before finally completing Super Meat Boy without deaths.

Developer Edmund McMillen reacted to shredberg's achievement and wrote: "Congratulations!".
