Elflock stands out because the player controls not a knight or a mercenary, but a princess. Instead of fencing and archery, the heroine will have to act more subtly: making political decisions and navigating a court full of intrigue. The game combines historical motifs with elements of Hungarian fairy tales and folklore. The project is being created on Unreal Engine 5.
The emphasis is on investigations, gathering evidence, solving puzzles, and exposing conspiracies at the royal court. The developers promise detailed medieval locations, realistic graphics, and a customization system with various costumes and accessories. Dialogues are voiced in Hungarian with English subtitles.
The new video material shows more than two minutes of gameplay. A demo version of Elflock will be released in the coming weeks, and the game's release on PC is planned for 2026.
