Model Olga "Izanamitan" Krupskaya, without the help of professional photographers and the services of specialized studios, conducted a small photo session at home alone, using a tripod. She transformed into Mael - one of the playable heroines of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.
Mael is a complex and multi-layered character whose image is revealed gradually as the Expedition progresses. Unlike her allies, who go to their deaths for the sake of duty, Mael is driven by curiosity. For her, the Expedition is not only a dangerous mission, but also the first chance in her life to break out of the "cage" of the city and see the world.
She is deeply devoted to Gustav, considering him her only anchor in this world. Her courage at the beginning of the game is largely fueled by confidence in her "older brother".
