The game started in early access in March 2018 and from the very beginning stood out with an unusual approach to gameplay. Project: Gorgon offers free exploration of an open magical world and a leveling system based exclusively on skills that can be combined and developed. The game includes story and side quests that encourage experimentation with mechanics.
With the release of version 1.0, the developers will introduce new character models. According to them, this is due to performance issues and further development of the game, so old models cannot be saved.
A free demo version is still available on Steam for new players, allowing them to explore the basic mechanics before the full version is released.
