ARC Raiders to Add Dark Souls-Style Toxic Swamps - Insider

Embark Studios has not yet presented a full roadmap for 2026 for ARC Raiders, but a new condition will appear next week - "Toxic Swamps", a level in the spirit of Dark Souls and Elden Ring.

According to a Reddit user who changed the date to January 19 and studied the Trials, players will have to deliver Thermal Rocks. The challenge is only valid on Toxic Swamp maps, and successful participants will receive double rank points.

Also, a new event is planned for the week of January 26. Players must "keep the air purifiers on" on Toxic Swamp maps, earning double points. Other details have not yet been disclosed, but Embark Studios may announce them officially or unexpectedly add them to the game.

"Toxic Swamps" will be the second new condition since release, after Cold Snap last month, when players lost health if they didn't hide from the storm.
