Recently, the creators of Arc Raiders launched a giveaway in honor of reaching a new sales milestone, but there's a catch.

Initially, Embark Studios planned to award players the "Gilded Pickaxe" in honor of 10 million copies sold, but the sales rate exceeded expectations (the letter was written before the new record):

The creators of Arc Raiders addressed the community:

Today, we celebrate a huge milestone - since release, more than 12 million Raiders have risen from Speranza to collect loot in the Copper Belt. We have prepared a special gift in honor of 10 million players, just as you rapidly surpassed this milestone during the winter holidays!

All users who had previously logged into Arc Raiders should have received an in-game letter with the "Gilded Pickaxe". Newcomers can also get the gift - just log into the game before January 14, 2:00 AM Moscow time.
