Developers sometimes remember HOTS and return with small updates.
In January 2026, Blizzard returned to Heroes of the Storm again. The developers released update 2.55.15 for the MOBA game, which they are offering players to test on a special PTR server.
HOTS received balance adjustments and several bugs were fixed. Now, the sound of picking up an "experience globe" will also play when killing a minion that instantly grants experience.
It was also announced that "\"Pinnacle Rewards\" are now renamed to \"Mythic Rewards\" to give them more of the Blizzard spirit. So mythic!"
The patch 2.55.15 notes for Heroes of the Storm are available at the following link. Blizzard has not yet published a Russian version.
