Many who played Cyberpunk 2077 praised the various stories. The quests in the Phantom Liberty story DLC also received a lot of positive feedback.
Cyberpunk 2077 Quest Director Paweł Sasko recently responded to a fan's post praising the scene showing Song So-mi's mechanized back.
The developer spoke about the author of the idea:
You have to thank Paweł Mielniczuk, our art director, who came up with this amazing idea — to show the stark contrast between the elegant dress and the rough pieces of polished and refined chrome on her back, with lots of holes and negative space (as artists call it) [space between or around an object].
Paweł also spoke about the creator of the quest "Black or Red":
It was made by Konrad Hlasta, one of our rising stars at the time, a dedicated The Witcher modder, and the current lead quest designer on The Witcher 4.
