The passions boiling in The Sims 4 will reach a new level.
Recently, the creators of the life simulator The Sims 4 presented a major expansion, Royalty & Legacy Expansion Pack (or "Through the Ages"), and released a trailer.
Players will be able to create their own dynasty:
Your lineage, your legacy. Accumulate prestige, maintain unity, and make your family an authoritative clan that everyone will look up to. But remember, with high status comes many problems.
The game will also feature a "scandal" mechanic — characters involved in a scandal can apologize, atone, weather the storm, or deny everything altogether.
A new world, Ondarion, will appear, in which Sims will be able to settle in luxurious palaces and host balls.
The release of The Sims 4 "Through the Ages" expansion is scheduled for February 12, 2026.
