The release cost will be $39.99, matching the price of the 2025 hit Arc Raiders. One of Marathon's main advantages is its graphic style and responsive controls from Bungie, although there were previous disputes about plagiarism of the concept, which have already been settled.
For PC, the game does not require a top-end build:
- Minimum configuration — GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB, 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i5-6600 or Ryzen 5 2600, Windows 10 64-bit.
- Recommended GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB, 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i5-10400 or Ryzen 5 3500.
On the popular RTX 3060 video card, the game will provide stable 60+ FPS.
