Blizzard to Reveal Future of Games in January and February - "Trailer of Trailers" Released
Developers will soon reveal plans for various projects.
Recently, Blizzard released a trailer dedicated to a "new chapter:":
For 35 years, Blizzard has been shaped by the worlds we create and the players who bring them to life. You have fought in World of Warcraft, battled demons in Diablo, played cards in Hearthstone and held the line in Overwatch. We've come a long way together — and now a new chapter begins.
Over the next few weeks, "every world will be showcasing what's coming next." According to the developers, these won't just be "updates," "it's part of where Blizzard is headed — together with the players who have been with us all this time."
The announcement text under the video does not mention StarCraft, but the video itself features the voice of Kerrigan, there are covers, and the franchise logo is shown at the end.
Players noted that it turned out to be a "trailer of trailers" — now they are waiting for presentations that will take place this month and in February. Plans for World of Warcraft should already be presented on January 29th.
